My experience was disappointing. The project did not proceed as smoothly as expected, and communication regarding timelines and updates was inconsistent. I had concerns during the process that were not addressed to my satisfaction. While others may have different experiences, I was not satisfied with the service I received.

The crew showed up early, worked quickly, and had my new roof with GAF shingles done before noon the next day. They were professional, efficient, and left everything clean.
