Had an amazing experience from start to finish. Vince was incredibly thorough during the inspection, took the time to walk me through exactly what he was looking at, and made sure I understood everything about the house. After the inspection, Charlie sat down with me for a full hour to go through the entire report and answered every question I had. We used Chicagoland Home Inspections for an upcoming home purchase. Frank Deattalo was our inspector and he was exceptionally thorough, highly respectful of the current occupants possessions, and very knowledgeable. Their available inspection services beyond the standard home inspection are comprehensive as well. Some of which the operate/perform themselves, others they call in a professional to handle on their behalf but coordinate so it occurs all within the same inspection timeframe.Frank was very communicative and got in touch the day prior to let me know when he would arrive at the property and start the process. True to his word he was right on time. Absolutely did not rush and was talking us through findings as the inspection progressed. Copious pictures taken as well. Clearly shows an excellent breadth of experience in doing this.The resulting report was very thorough, helpful, and informative. Everyone I shared the report with was impressed. Having been apart of the buying process with some family, his report was the best I've seen in my small sample set.And to boot, Frank was a very nice guy as well & easy to have around. Would highly recommend Chicagoland Home Inspectors and Frank specifically! Thank you to everyone.

With being first time homebuyers we wanted to go with a company that we trusted for the inspection.
