We also took advantage of Chicagoland Home Inspectors' offer to discuss the full inspection report with Charlie and gain a better understanding of the repairs we'll need to make (and the associated costs) once we close on the house. I had Vince and Pauric as inspectors, and they were incredibly thorough. I stayed with them for most of the inspection and they answered every question with ease, while making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Plus, they genuinely seem to love what they do. After the inspection I met with Charlie. He clearly has a very high level of integrity and an immense amount of experience. He walked me through the report, answered questions, provided estimates , and recommended multiple contractors (or a DIY solution) for each project-- wow! He was able to help me understand the impact of some of the issues and whether or not they would require professional services. Chicagoland Home Inspectors are fantastic! John inspected a condo I was interested in purchasing and he thoroughly looked at every part of the home. He has deep expertise and took the time to teach me about a few things to upkeep in the home. Following the inspection, the report was detailed with quality photos and clearly outlined areas that needed attention. Following the inspection, they offered a virtual detailed review of the inspection which is a huge bonus! I reviewed it with Charlie and I was impressed with how much I learned.
