In the midst of a heat dome over the south of course the AC decided to go out! My husband reached out to Alex and he was able to get us on his schedule the same day. Alex let us know when he was about 30 min out which was very much appreciated. He arrived and was incredibly kind and pleasant to speak with. He immediately got to work looking over the AC unit and was able to determine the issue quickly. In no time at all those cooler temps were being felt! Alex stayed onsite for a while longer to continue to monitor the temps and ensure everything was moving in the right direction. My husband and I highly recommend Alex and Southern Climate Pros for your AC needs!

Alex is very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He recharged my air and found a small leak which he fixed and did not upcharge me on anything! I will definitely be calling him again for all HVAC needs! I would've given more stars if it were possible. 😀

Absolutely wonderful experience with Alex and Southern Climate Pros. I was looking to get a new until installed to replace my 27 year old system in my home. Every part of the process was smooth and I am very satisfied. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Alex is the real McCoy! He has a great tool to measure a unit’s performance by checking air temp and humidity coming in and going out of the inside unit. He checked six units last Friday in my office building in about an hour. Last one had a problem that he diagnosed and fixed! Better to check them now than to wait until it’s hot and tenants call.
