The facility is amazing, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It is truly my happy place. I’ve belonged to other gyms before but they were nothing in comparison to Club 16 💕

After reading all the negative reviews I'd like to leave a positive one because for me it's been great so far. Yes, like any business they do have cancellation policies and fees in place but you signed an agreement when you signed up so it was all laid out for you.. not sure why everybody's complaining about that. The Chilliwack location has been wonderful customer service and a very clean gym in my opinion and I'm a professional cleaner. Aside from the busy times it's been a really great place to work out and the extra amenities have also been nice to book in on the app I find it a convenient location and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I took some time off for working out and yes I did have to cancel my membership and rejoin and I was aware about the fees but now I'm back and I'm committed.

Highly recommended to anyone looking to improve their mobility or get fit, Courtney’s a very friendly and knowledgeable trainer with years of experience who will help you get the results your looking for. The gym has excellent facilities for all your fitness needs and the staff a really friendly and helpful. If your looking to get fit I’d recommend this gym.

I am a “glass half full” type of person so I am really happy with the post-quarantine reopening process. Being limited to one hour sessions and forced to book in advance, has helped me staying on track and never miss a workout day. This fitness facility is excellent it comes with their fitness materials.Machines are updated and big space I just wish this facility encourage hygiene with members.I always distracted with awful smell of armpit .also cleanliness in the washroom.a friendly reminders or a sign that encouraged good hygiene and cleanliness is highly appreciated.
