Noah is exactly what you want in a salesperson: knowledgeable, honest, and zero pressure. He helped me choose a Bear mattress and kept me updated throughout the entire made-to-order process.What really impressed me was the delivery. The mattress arrived and he delivered it the same day—brought it upstairs, set everything up carefully (even with pets running around), and was very mindful of my older home and sleigh bed. He also removed my old mattress and neatly staged it for city pickup.Smooth, professional, and genuinely easy from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my granddaughter’s mattress this summer.Highly recommend.
