Noah is very courteous and helpful helping you figure out which bed would be good for you. You do need to make an appointment to go to the store but then he spends dedicated time with you. Noah helped me pick the bed/ spring combination for a bed for my mom.
He is a one man show . . He also delivered and set the bed up. Good price as well. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stopped in to look at mattresses at Factory Direct and Noah (owner) showed us name brand models of exactly what we wanted and at a fabulius price. Within an hour of purchasing, Noah delivered it to our house !! The selection was great and they also had high quality mattresses covers and pillows....all at a super price ! We certainly will recommend shopping at Factory Direct Mattresses to everyone in the Central Florida area!!
