Within 2 weeks of getting the resume done up I secured a 2:1 roster and since then another one with Rio tinto. The process of getting the resume was straight forward and Caren was very helpful and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their chances and look more professional too companies

A big shout out to Camille from W1NW1N for your assistance in regards to making my awesome ATS compliant cover letter and resume. I decided to choose the platinum resume package. After applying to my 3rd mining company, I landed a permanent full time FIFO 2:1 Entry Level Driller's Offsider position in the gold mines with a drilling and mining contractor. The point of hire for this position was Perth but I landed this job and got my contract signed while living in NSW, just south of Sydney.I was in the application process for about 5 weeks. It took a while but it came through.Guys, it can be done!!! Challenging but doable! I feel it's not the location that's the most important but resilience, effective communication, saying what recruiters want to hear and OF COURSE AN ATS COMPLIANT CV! Thank you Camille! 12/10Tip: Use applying from interstate as an advantage not a disadvantage. It shows resilience, determination and fight when the conditions and the odds are stacked up against you (traits needed to be a successful offsider). Choose your words carefully, play it smart and be backed up by the W1NW1N team and you'll be right!Oh yeah, I'm cold. I need a W1NW1N jumper!

I can’t recommend Alana and the team at W1N W1N highly enough. The Jumpstart Package is packed with valuable information and has given me clear direction as I work towards building a long-term career in the mining industry.A special thank you to Taylor Antoniou for her outstanding support. She has been patient, professional and genuinely invested in helping me move forward. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, answer my questions and help me put together a realistic plan.Working FIFO while completing the program hasn’t been easy, but their guidance and resources have made it well worth the effort.Although I haven’t secured my mining role yet, I don’t believe that takes away from the value of the program or the support I’ve received. I’m currently making the transition from being a self-employed civil construction worker, concreter and machine operator into a new career in mining, and I want to make sure I prepare properly rather than sell myself short.Once I secure the role I’m working towards, I’ll be proud to share another update about the next stage of my journey.I’m genuinely glad I chose W1N W1N and would recommend them to anyone looking for guidance, preparation and support when entering the mining industry.

I can’t recommend Win Win Services highly enough. Caren did an outstanding job creating a professional resume that truly highlighted my skills and experience. Without her help, I genuinely don’t believe I would have landed my first FIFO bus driving role. She took the time to understand my background, presented my experience in the best possible way, and made my resume stand out. The whole process was professional, efficient, and well worth it.If you’re looking to break into the mining or FIFO industry, or simply want a resume that gives you the best chance of success, I would absolutely recommend Caren and Win Win Services. Thank you again for helping me take the next step in my career!

After almost 9 months of trying to get a FIFO job, I found W1NW1N on TikTok and chose the Job Jumpstarter package. They created a mining-focused CV that helped me stand out and advised me on the tickets I needed. I started applying on a Monday afternoon, had 3 interviews lined up by Tuesday morning, and received my first job offer by Wednesday afternoon, completing my medical the same day. The team supported me throughout the process with great communication, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to break into the mining industry.

Alana and her team are outstanding. Four years ago I purchased their full package — they completely overhauled my resume and updated my SEEK and LinkedIn profiles. Their interview coaching and practical guidance were instrumental in helping me secure my first FIFO role. The team is consistently professional, supportive, and highly effective. Even after four years I continue to rely on Alana and the W1N W1N team for resume updates. I am extremely grateful for their help.

Can honestly say I had a great experience with W1NW1N, especially Caren who helped me the whole way through.I went with the Job Jumpstarter package and got a really solid CV done that was tailored towards the mining industry and made me stand out a lot more when applying.Once I had all my tickets and licences sorted, I started applying for jobs on a Monday afternoon. By Tuesday morning I already had 3 interviews lined up, and by Wednesday afternoon I had my first job offer which I accepted. So from starting applications to getting a job literally took 3 days. The communication throughout was spot on as well. Caren was always quick to reply, really helpful, and genuinely supportive through the whole process.Coming over to WA from England without knowing anyone over here they gave me loads of useful advice and told me everything I needed to know before making the move.Would definitely recommend W1NW1N to anyone looking to get into mining in Aus, whether you’ve got experience already or you’re completely new to it like I was.
