Humberto and Mike both came to the property. They were on time, took pictures, gave us advice, etc. They asked us some questions, and they provided lots of insights. They got under the crawl space on the roof etc. Two things that impressed me about them included: 1. I reached out to Humberto and he got back to me in 2 minutes (after the report was complete). 2. I asked them for essentially an upcharge and they both said, "We don't want to waste your money - you don't need that" That was nice of Mike and Humberto to say. Lots of company will give you an upcharge. Also, Humberto has given me at least a dozen referrals for other work. He's a very polite and professional person. Same thing for Mike.
