Josh, with The Rug Specialists, cleaned four rooms of carpeting and hallways as well as our living room furniture about two weeks ago. He is a perfectionist and spent over 4 hours doing an excellent job. Afterwards, our carpets looked almost new again and our furniture looked fresh! Just before moving into our house seven years ago, we had The Rug Specialists clean the carpeting throughout our house as recommended by our real estate agent. Again, the job was done by a perfectionist. The price might be a little higher than other services but you get what you pay for. Also, look for sales on their services. We enjoyed a 20% discount being offered at that time. We highly recommend The Rug Specialists. James, the owner is a wonderful person to work with.

Absolutely the best experience I've had with rug cleaners. They arrived on time when they picked the rug up and arrived on time when it was delivered. I have had this particular rug cleaned before and this was hands down the best it has looked.

The Rug Specialists are a great company! Professional, friendly, prompt, and cleaned my pet soiled area rug very effectively. They picked up and returned my rug at my house promptly and exactly at the time they quoted. James and Grant are amazing on the customer service side. Not sure who's working the back of the house cleaning but they're wonderful, too, because my rug's never looked (and smelled) cleaner! And at a fair price, too. Many thanks to everyone at The Rug Specialists!! I highly recommend them.
