Literally just came from chiefs on gore blvd,mind you the power was out to some parts of Lawton I wasn’t trying to even go to chiefs in the first place but they were open and still able to wait on customers, there was one car in front of me none in the back but by the time I got to the window another car pulled up so two cars only, I asked the young lady how much the drinks were, she gave me the price but I didn’t want it so I asked for ONE pk of cigarettes,I had quarters because like I said there was a power outage so as I’m handing her my 7 dollars in quarters and 4 dimes and 2 nickels she says “omg I think I’m gonna cry”! LOL I’m sorry but what? Over quarters? I found that not only rude but odd because surely you know sometimes stuff happens and you might not be able to get off at exactly 10 or close @ exactly 10 but to break down over 2 cars is absurd. I used to work at a smoke shop and we used to have cars lined up all the way to the highway and if this is what the younger generation thinks is hard then good luck and the future is definitely SCARY! Edit - the last two to three times I visited I ordered coffee. I go there for the black rifle coffee. The coffee was sold lukewarm and tasted like decaf. Unacceptable for a drive through drink service. Less

I've been going to this cheifs with my mom since i was a little kid. Back then the employees were the nicest people i met. Today i decided to go to chiefs so i can get a drink because its hot outside. We decided to drive to the second window since the line was all the way to the street. As this was happening they was occupanning 6-8 cars behind us as this girl with straight blonde hair saw us at this window. We waited some more i knocked on the window no answer. We drove to the front i got out the car and went to the walk up window and to this girl with brown and a blonde strip in her hair and lashes told her what happened off the bat she was already rude was talking to coworkers and laughing bout the situation being unprofessional within your work place the manager was a lil bit better but she was smirking bout the situation while the other girl was taling rude to me saying i was buh i used the same tone throughout because thats the way i talked while she proceeded to roll her eyes every 30 sec or so they ruined years of experience at cheifs bc the workers now are completely unprofessional and the customer service was jus utterly trash im sorry for taking up your time hope you have an amazing day. First timer here for work and had no idea what was on the menu. I was greeted before I even got to the window Chick-fil-A style. They have a great variety of cigarillos compared to other places and sell THE coldest beer in town! The ladies love to see your dogs and spoil them with treats also! So usually I would have given 5 stars but right now they have a sell going on with the freedom 1500 vapes I bought one cuz 6 bucks I'd rather use a vape then buy cigarettes well it didn't work at all! And all they could tell me was all sales are final. Wouldn't exchange it for a working one or nothing. So I'm really disappointed I just lost 6.75 for nothing to some that may not be a lot of money but to me that is a pretty penny and not worth losing. Hey, this place is literally 2 blocks away from me, and I go out of my way to avoid going here. Just today, I was trying to call them to see if they stock a particular item, and I can understand letting it ring until the voicemail picks up, but when they picked up the phone then hung up right after I said "Hello" I was mad. When i called back and go the busy signal cuz they blocked calls, I was livid. I won't even try to call anymore to give them a chance. I love going to Chiefs. But, when I pull up, all of the lights are on and even the open sign is lit, I expect service. I admit I came in right at closing. But don't tell me the registers automatically close at 8 when I just saw a car in front of me drive off after being served not a minute prior. This was at the store located on gore. The employees at that location could use a little training, but overall yall are great! Less

Sold a defective Hyde vape. They wouldn’t let me trade it out. Stuck here with a vape that burned up after ~50 hits. Also very hard to pull when I’ve had the same vape and it hit fine and lasted long. Less

Make sure that you show up 10 to15 minutes before they close at 8 o'clock on Sundays because I got there 5 Minutes before 8 o'clock and they told me that I pull that after 8 o'clock And I looked at my phone and it was 3 minutes till 8 so all never go over there again Less

What is the use of having a walk- up window when the people who works in there location on cache don't even open the window even though they are looking right at you made me just leave and not even spend my money got my carton of ciggs and a tub of snuff for my husband else where and even cheaper !
