Huge thanks to Smart Upgrades for the fantastic aircon installation. They helped us choose the right unit for our space, turned up right on time, and completed the work with great attention to detail. The wiring and ductwork/piping look very neat, and the unit works like a charm. Professional, honest, and tidy—couldn't ask for better service!

I recently had a GoodWe ESA battery system installed by Smart Upgrades in Hoppers Crossing, and I’m really happy with the overall experience. The installation was completed just a few days ago, and everything has been working smoothly so far. The team was professional, friendly, and did a neat and well-organised job.A special thanks to Krishna, their Operations Manager, who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was always available to assist and helped me with every small difficulty or question I had along the way, which made the entire experience much easier and stress-free.Really pleased with both the GoodWe battery and the service from Smart Upgrades. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone considering a home battery installation.
