I had my apartment's bathroom renovated (except for the walk in shower area which was renovated by a different company) at K&A Remodel.A few points to highlight -The contract stated project will be completed within 8-10 days - Alejandro did not specify that the project will be completed within 8-10 "business days" aka 2 week period. He did not clarify that his staff do not work on Saturdays. I think this is an important point to clarify for a home that has only a single bathroom. I had to pay for a hotel room to take showers as the project took longer than expected.Imperfect job with grouting, patching holes, and painting. I could already see cracks by the end of the second day post project completion.

I have had K&A do a couple projects at my home and Alejandro and his team are everything you would want in a contractor. Clean, professional, and within schedule. They do not cut corners and the final result always looks amazing. I plan to do many more projects with K&A. Highly recommend.

Last winter Alejandro and his crew did a full remodel of our kitchen including opening it up to the living room and changing the opening of a small half bathroom towards another room. Working with them was super easy, the experience was flawless and the kitchen looks amazing. Their estimate was very reasonable compared to other contractors in the area and there were not surprises, they stayed within budget and gave us a working kitchen for Christmas as promised even if that meant working extra hours and weekends! I know I will call them again for any future jobs and have no reservation recommending them to others!

K&A finished part of my basement and it looks even better than I hoped! The tile work in the new bath is exquisite. Alejandro was very responsive with any questions or issues and his pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!

The team at K&A Tile did a superb job on my bathroom. This was a complete gut down to the studs and I could not be happier with the results. I enjoyed working with Alejandro because he understood what I wanted to achieve but also gave very good practical suggestions. He was able to dispose of the old spa tub even though it was a challenge to move large items in and out of the space. This was my biggest concern and why I put this project off for so long. But for Alejandro this was no problem. His communication is very clear, and he is a pleasure to interact with. Also I felt the price was very fair. He also was open to some changes along the way and charged fairly for those modifications. The work was done very professionally and is of very high quality. Afterwards the site was cleaned to my satisfaction. Highly recommended. I also forgot to mention he remodeled a second smaller bathroom as well, which I am also super happy with.
