Predatory real estate agent (Dan Lee) that misleads first time home buyers so he can get to close as quickly as possibly. Will exlcude agreements from the contract so that the seller is not legally obligated, will voluntarily forfeit your earnest money deposit. Tried to convince me to do my final walkthrough after closing knowing there was an active leak in the house and the seller had left trash in every room with a letter indicating that the trash was her gift to me. I wouldn't recommend this predator to my worst enemy. Don't work with him ever!
