Dimitri showed up exactly on time and got right to work expertly detailing my little 2007 Z4 perfectly. He took his time, with great care and precision in detailing my convertible. I had some very stubborn areas on my rims that I could not clean on my own and he dug in and got them shining like brand new. First thing I want to say is the owner Art is a wonderful human and very professional. Never met or spoke to him until today on the phone. The Technician Ivan came out to my work and did an awesome job on my lifted Chevy Silverado. I Had oily streaky film all over my truck from a previous camping trip I took last week and the tree won the battle unfortunately. After Ivan was done doing his magic the truck had no oily steaks on it at all. He did an absolutely amazing job. I could not possibly be happier with the service I received from The Art of Detailing! Igor texted while he was on his way, and he arrived exactly when he was expected. Once onsite, the total professionalism continued! He was faced with a family car with 20 years of grime and family traffic. Aside from the occasional gas station car wash or Quick Quack vacuum (when things got especially bad), the car had been mostly neglected (inside and out). He took one look and I could just read from his expression, "Okay... challenge accepted!" And he certainly rose to the challenge. I handed him a filthy white car with cloudy headlights and permanently etched hard water stains in every window... he returned a pristine, Glacial White Lexus which could have just rolled off the factory floor. Beautiful! His attention to detail was apparent throughout! So much so that I told my kids I would give them $5 if they could find a dirty spot... though appropriately motivated, they found nothing. I will also add... I had purchased different products and tried several options to get rid of those water stains on my own. Nothing worked. I was certain those stains were permanent. Nope. If I did not know better, I would almost believe they were replaced with new windows. This "Signature Detail" spa day for my vehicle was exactly what we needed. Thank you, Igor! While I appreciate that you do this professionally, I am so incredibly impressed with what you have done! The two gentlemen who detailed my car did a wonderful job! They were friendly and respectful. The car is older so there were some nicks they could not get out but they worked diligently to remove key scratches and other blemishes. The Art of Detailing made my experience very easy from start to finish. I searched them on Yelp. They had the most reviews and were experienced with high end vehicles. I obtained an accurate quote within minutes and scheduled for the next week. The technician arrived on time and communicated very well. Ivan was my technician. He paid very close attention to detail. I have detailed my car before from a different shop. But my car was so dirty this time from plant dirt and a full gallon of Tide that drained in my back seat when I was moving. I had already looked at some new vehicles. But this place did such a wonderful job!!! I didn’t even think the soap would come out but my tech did a great job. I called to have the inside of my car detailed. They actually came about 45 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was fine by me as I was home. Due to the fact that I scheduled a deep cleaning, it took four and a half hours, but the car looks almost brand new. There was one spot they couldn't take care of, which was inside one of the speaker grills, which look like soda had spilled into it, so I'll have to look into a tool that will get inside of it good enough to clean. Fantastic job by Art and his team! They far exceeded my expectations. They handled my car with care, and were very accommodating. I made an appointment for the VIP package, which included paint correction. I take my 4Runner to work sites everyday and use it as a overlanding recreation vehicle. Over the years, I accumulated very long tree brush scratches across my door panels from front to back. It was very visible. I added the ceramic coating to my package for a good deal. Art was very accommodating. It was forecasted to rain the weekend of the appointment, and I was able to leave my car with him at his shop to detail and let the ceramic coating cure indoors. Man oh man when I got it back, my 4Runner sparked and shined more than when I saw it at the dealership. The swirls and scratches were not visible. The paint and coating looks PERFECT!!! So perfect when I drove the car home, I actually drove it like it was brand new, slow and steady. I regret not taking before pictures of the 4Runner’s scratches to compare the results. But take my word for it, the detail and ceramic coating was worth every penny. Less

I could not be more impressed by the guys at Art of Detailing! Firstly, communication was excellent. Art was incredibly helpful and very informative, in fact, after our conversation he actually recommended the service a level down from what I was initially looking at. He could easily have taken my money and not said a thing, but honesty and integrity are some of the rarest qualities around anymore and that alone won me over. As far as the actual work done, Anton was on time and incredibly polite. He listened carefully to all my concerns and did his job like a true professional. This man cut no corners, took no shortcuts and actually stayed past my allotted time to make sure my car was perfect! Italian luxury cars use this strange velvet rubber for their interior controls and buttons that somehow become "sticky" over time and that stuff is an absolute pain to deal with. He made the effort to get it all cleaned as good as day I first brought her home back in 2016. My rims look brand new! He cleaned and treated the leather and the natural mahogany to where its shining and almost reflective! Overall, a great experience and fantastic work. These fellas have got a customer for life.
