They do a good job cleaning the pool but on there 1 st cleaning they told me I needed a new filter that I just replaced the week before they came the second week they said I needed a new chlorinator it was cleaned when the filter was changed It just seems like they want to make money on changing parts on my pool system I had to let them go

Love our pool company and Steven, who actually services our pool. Every aspect of Splashworks pool service is outstanding! I received a text when they’re on their way, I received a text when they are finished and I receive an email of before and after pictures and of all of the chemicals that were added. They are extremely professional, and I highly recommend them.

I’m writing this for my best friend, Ada sanchez. When she called to get updates on her pool on Friday august 14th, the man she spoke with, Stefan I believe, was very rude, he told her to stop talking so he could talk and said “what do you mean? I just read it to you” in a very demeaning attitude when referencing her pool account notes. It’s a shame since the pool service is good but we’ve been looking for a new company since then because of him

Employees are disrespectful of the communities they serve and reckless. Being that I routinely see their employees driving 45+ MPH in a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25, it is clear that this business lacks any form of checks and balances to ensure that they are doing the right thing. The door hanger the employee was kind enough to hand me says that quality is oversighted by a dedicated service manager… I find that hard to believe.
