I dare you to find a more honest and ethical company than Splashworks!Mason, Dakota, Joshua, and Tommy all communicated clearly and honestly regarding my hot tub gas heater issues and the plan to fix it.Just prior to Splashworks diagnosis of a simple gas line problem, a different "professional" company attempted to sell me a new hot tub heater, (at a cost of about $6k), telling me, "You're unit is so old that we can not even get parts for it." They flat out LIED to me, as my gas heater was nearly new!!Thank you Splashworks!!

Edit: 10/05/2026 - the same driver continues to speed 40-45 MPH though our residential neighborhood in Leesburg with absolutely no regard for the safety of anyone else.Employees are disrespectful of the communities they serve and reckless. Being that I routinely see their employees driving 45+ MPH in a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25, it is clear that this business lacks any form of checks and balances to ensure that they are doing the right thing. The door hanger the employee was kind enough to hand me says that quality is oversighted by a dedicated service manager… I find that hard to believe.

Splashwork has been maintaining our pool before we were able to move in (2 months). During our absence they provided seamless care and full communication about every visit. We finally moved in 6 weeks ago and met Dylen (pool guy) from Splashworks. We have peppered him with questions and he's been patient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He texts us before he arrives so that we know he's coming. The pool is absolutely sparkling! Best of all, we have come to trust Dylen. We've learned that there are a lot of subtle details that go into maintaining the sparkling water and it's worth every penny to pay for the service!
