I called Schneller because I had an "old BMW parts mystery" that I couldn't solve. BMW of Nashville couldn't solve it. RealOEM was confusing on this issue. And the forums were non-responsive despite excruciatingly detailed posts I write (with pictures!). But the very patient gent on the phone listened to my tale and actually went out and took pictures of the area in question on an E30 they have. The clouds parted. I could see the answer. So, even though I didn't buy anything from them, I was able to get some very helpful help based on their deep institutional knowledge of the E30. Super impressed with them. Would absolutely patronise Schneller if I lived in Mass (and I already hadn't torched my car in frustration). This is what makes it still fun to work on these cars: people who care about them as more than their job, but as true BMW geeks. Thanks Schneller!

This is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful BMW and Mini shop in Northeastern Massachusetts. I sort of bounced around different shops before taking my business here, but once I did and saw how Mike and the team go above and beyond in taking care of their customers, I now only bring my 328i E91 here. I have an e30 and I had a vacuum leak creating a high and erratic idle. I changed every gasket and rubber hose pelican parts had articles on and even smoke tested at home but couldnt straighten it out. Mike not only fixed the issue, but texted me photos of progress and items that need attention. After repairs were done, we talked on the phone about the car, its needs and their recommendations for 40 min. Knowledgeable guys, quality work.
