Our realtor, Vince Avino, is very thorough and understanding. Moving from Nebraska to Myrtle Beach was a huge change for us and he made the transition as smooth as possible, for seniors who are in their 70s. He looked after all of our interests, insecurities, and concerns during our new home construction. He went above and beyond what would normally be expected in this move to South Carolina. He called and communicated clearly regarding the build, as we were not able to be present during construction due to the miles in between. He made videos and sent pictures of progress weekly. He truly worked for us and our best interest. Vince is a person you can always trust and rely on. We trusted him and we are so glad we did. Cate took the time to know me and learn about what I was looking for in a home. Since I was new to the area she took the time to drive me through Conway and show me some of the sites and tell me about some of the history. Cate always made me feel like I was her top priority whenever I came in to town to tour homes.
