I received a text message asking me to supply a review, and I responded back that I wanted someone to contact me. I also left a message and no one returned my call. I brought three pairs of pants in to have the elastic waist repaired so the pants would not fall down on me. I’ve had this repair done at other locations and it doesn’t cost more than $15. I was incredibly surprised when I went to pick up the pants to discover that I was being charged $40 per pair for this very simple work. The pants themselves are not even worth that much. I figured the young man at the desk on a Saturday was not in a position to discuss the issue, so I paid for the pants figuring that I would talk to the owner after the fact to find out why they would have gone ahead with a repair at that price without warning me. But since no one responded to either my text message or my phone message, it doesn’t appear that I have any recourse. It’s a good warning to everyone though that you should go somewhere more reasonable for alterations unless you want the repair to cost more than the item being repaired. Furthermore, it doesn’t seem as though anyone returns phone calls or responds to messages, so not a great place to do business.

This is the only place I will bring my clothes to be dry cleaned, and I’ve been going there for probably over 10 years now. The customer service is always great. They always do an amazing job on the clothes and suits that I have brought there. Reasonably priced. Usually I’ll do a few shirts or a suit at each drop off, and everything is always ready within 2-3 days. Highly recommend
