This builder has his project management and accounting dialed in! I've worked with Chris and his team for several years, making sure they give their homeowners an amazing accounting experience for their projects/builds. They give a backup source document for every single cost on the draw package so their cost-plus contracts are literally so transparent! Their contracts are priced exceptionally well, both their project tracking and accounting experiences for the homeowner are top notch. Overall, I feel like the staff really listens to their customers to make sure they're building exactly what the homeowner wants within the budget available. The office staff are well-organized, kind and knowledgeable and the project managers work so well to help stay on budget, on time. Would definitely work with them on a future build.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Chris was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about an extreme makeover and dealing with an HOA. We bought a condo that had 1990 carpeting and flooring through out, terrible paint, terrible vanities and you get the picture . His expertise really came thru with some flooring issues and our flooring is now stunning!!!!! Our condo went fromDark and musty to bright and white and coastal dreaming!! His ideas , his personality , his staff, were above and beyond what we’ve dealt with across state lines .. I have another project in mind for next winter and he will be the first I call.. photos coming next week!!!
