Hi,I don't send many reviews but I had to speak about this company Secure Bath that helped my mom get a sit in bath in Henderson Nv. I live out of state in Kansas and we always worry for her about getting burned on buying. I have never had a more accommodating company work with us to give full details twice on what they offered and how everything worked. Mom said they spent 2 hours explaining the features ,showing her pictures of work, showing how the fit would be, and then they did the same for me by phone. I really cant thank them enough for the patience,no pressure,and utter professionalism they displayed. When we visited her we were even more impressed by the workmanship from the installation guys who mom said they did it ALL in 1 day! I am so happy for her and very relieved that our worries have become less. I cannot recommend Secure Bath enough for the amazing experience for mom as she said she felt as though they took her back to the good ole days when you trusted your neighbor. Thank you for reading and call them if you're in need.

They gave me a new bath but the install was so good it felt like they gave me a new bathroom. Rick and his team are A1. From the actual finish of the tub, to the pricing, everything has been awesome. My wife loves the aromatherapy and the micro-bubbles are leave my skin smooth as a baby! Thank you Secure Bath!

These are good guys! They were very upfront about their pricing, and quoted us way less than the other big tub companies, then installed the tub in 1 day. I can't really complain after that. Rick told us he'd take care of us and has continued to do so, answering our calls and helping anytime we have had questions. Overall 5 STARS! Definitely recommend!

Best experience with any walk in tub company. Best Price and quality by far ! The no step feature had me sold because my friend has a tub with a 4 inch step that she can't use anymore since her stroke. She's going to get one of these from Secure Bath. 1 day install is perfect and I'm a former carpenter.

A useless bath tub was transformed into a more useful walk-in tub supplied by Secure Bath. With this nicely installed built-in unit we are hoping we can get the benefit and help we needed since my brother and I are both handicapped.

Their pricing and value was way beyond what 3 other big corporate companies had quoted me, and the fact that I don't have to step up to get in was a huge plus for me. The installers were amazing, finishing in only 1 day, cleaning everything better than it was, and now looks so beautiful. My favorite is the mini bubbles that have made my skin so much softer from this hard water in Las Vegas. Recommend them 100%.

The guys at Secure Bath were fantastic! They did an outstanding install in only 1 day that looked like a ton of work-and it came out so much better than my friends tub install from some bigger brand. Very happy! The "Sit In" feature allows me to get right to the seat and swing my legs in safely just like Rick said, without having to step up. Thank you so much for keeping me in my home and fitting my budget!
