Do not come here!!! Yes they can fix whatever you need fixed but only after they break it further first and charge you for it. Came in just to get a charging port replaced (almost 200 dollars by the way), but then they broke my screen while they were at it and charged me for that too. Oh not to mention they broke my screen protector and didn’t give me a new one when i got my phone back. Worst repair shop i’ve ever been to. If you want to spend 2x the amount you need to spend to get something fixed and have it broken and charged for on top of what you needed fixed then this is your store. Less

I hope Justin/the owner reads this 😊 My first time at your store, my beloved old Android phone with 3000+ contacts and God knows how many pictures had screen issues and then unexpectedly died. T Mobile store folks tried multiple times but weren’t helpful. So I googled phone repair, talked to a few stores, and nervously walked in Fruit Fixed in Stonefield this evening. Nervous 1. because if the phone was really totally dead I was SOL on a ton of valuable contacts, and 2. I’m old, semi broke and was afraid I couldn’t afford to fix it. Your man Preston was beyond awesome. First of all, nice guy. Second, he diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes. Third, I initially just wanted to get the data transferred to the iPhone I’ve been using, which he was gonna do for a great price, but then once he put a new temp screen on so he could do the transfer, it looked sooooooo good I just bought the new screen, price was fair, customer service was worth every penny, and I have my beloved Samsung Android back! I was greeted quickly and friendly, I was quoted a couple of choices for replacement available for my phone model, great upselling strategy without being pushy. Someone came right out immediately and started looking at it with me & asking questions to determine if it was (a) fixable; & (b) how.
