I had the Morpheus8 Burst along with Quantum RF, and all I can say is WOW! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I first attended an event at the office and was honestly skeptical about whether these treatments would work for me. After my consultation with Dr. Cruz, I was excited and couldn’t wait to get started! We put together a game plan tailored to my needs, and I knew I was in good hands. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and care. Dr. Cruz has an amazing team, and it truly shows! She explained everything she was doing throughout the procedure and consistently made sure I was comfortable. Nalia was also a wonderful help throughout the entire process. Both she and Dr. Cruz made sure I was well-informed and understood everything I needed to know to achieve the best possible results. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr. Cruz and her team deserve every bit of this five-star rating! If you’re considering these treatments, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation. You won’t regret it! ❤️

I experienced 2 IPL sessions. I had high hopes for an advanced result and only received minimal treatment. For the pricePoint I would have appreciated 2 full passes and one additional to spot certain areas.

I went here for Quantum RF and Morpheus, and the doctor and staff were all super nice. Communication was great, and they made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Plus I’m already seeing some results. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them! 😌

I not only love Dr Crews and staff (Nalia) at Alo but I also love my results. I really did not know what to expect but I was hopeful…. my results have exceeded my expectations!!!I’m 51 years old … I battle wrinkles, I have a saggy jawline and I really dislike the wrinkles around my eyes. I gave Morpheus8 a try and it did not disappoint!!! I would recommend anyone give it a try if you are feeling self conscious about yourself and just need a bit of recharging. It’s so easy!!!Ps… if I’m putting my “no makeup” face on google, you know I’m happy with the results.

I've always been insecure about my "smile lines" and noticed them getting worse at the end of 2023. I decided to book a consultation with someone I trusted, Dr. Cruz. The process was quick, pain was minimal, and downtime was easy. I've attached some pictures from 2023 (top/before) to 2025 (bottom/after) I feel like I actually look my age now. I've had the pleasure of both working for Dr. Cruz and being one of her patients. She's always been dedicated to client comfort, safety, and natural looking results. She talks you through the process so you are aware of what to expect. Naila, the Esthetician is very kind and professional as well. I consider this the best money I've ever spent and feel much more confident. I would love to see her for acne help in the future as well.

Nalia was wonderful and calmed my nerves before my procedure. Dr. Cruz is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the procedures and which would work best for your concerns/skin issues.

Not only did I lose weight, but I also gained a renewed sense of energy and confidence. Dr. Cruz’s approach to weight management is holistic, helping me navigate the changes that come with middle age in the most graceful way. Her expertise and guidance made the journey smoother and far more enjoyable than I could have imagined.I am beyond grateful for the positive impact Dr. Cruz and her team have had on my life, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to feel their best and take control of their health in a compassionate and expert-driven environment. Five stars all the way!

I am going to get straight to the point, Dr Cruz takes her time… which is so valuable when it comes to anything with your face, right?! I have been doing injection/ laser face treatments/ etc for about 9 years now- and I would have to say with Dr Cruz’s .background being in wound care-her approach is so much more meticulous. I personally have a facial asymmetry that only Dr Cruz has been able to address!! It looks amazing! And I call her a magician- because she works magic! ✨ thank you Dr Cruz!!

I had laser resurfacing done. I have been a loyal and longtime client from the beginning. During my procedure, the Dr made an error and hit my eyebrow with the laser. I have been left with a permanent and noticeable scar. I have reached out the office multiple times and am told, sorry it’s done. Everyone I recommended to go there, I have told them of what she did to my face and they no longer go. What she did was wrong.

I have been seeing Dr Cruz for a couple of years now. Her services and expertise are worth the extra drive to Eustis! Giving me a natural youthful appearance, the Botox ( Xeomin) that she injects seem to last longer than when I went to others?! I’m STILL enjoying the lasting benefits of her threading ( neck) done over a year ago. Dr Cruz has her office within a doctors office which I believe helps her keep her costs down and that trickles down to us, the patients. Thank you Dr Cruz and Brianna for taking care of me today, and always. ❤️🦋
