Hired him to demo an old trailer and trash out the one we were remodeling. He asked for payment once the work was supposed to be done. Sent selective pictures showing work done. I trusted him (my mistake) and paid the balance in full. For a course of 7 months since then, gave dozens of promises and excuses why he could not go back and finish what he was already paid for. I would not trust him with payment. The work was not even close to finish and headache of following up with him over 6-7 months was extra. Be careful.
