I had a great experience with the service from start to finish. They were very easy to reach online and always responded quickly whenever I had questions or needed clarification. The whole process was straightforward and well explained, and they made sure I understood everything I needed to know. Communication and confirmations were also very clear throughout.I used their apostille service for a document that needed to be sent overseas, and they took care of everything for me. The entire process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free, which I really appreciated.Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely come back in the future if I have any other documents or paperwork that need notarization or apostille. Highly recommend!

Monica was super professional, warm, and helpful. She explained very clearly the authentication chain for documents going out internationally, and helped me notarize two letters the day after I called her. Before reaching out to Boston Mobile Notary Services, I had tried to notarize my documents 3 times — but the notaries I saw did not properly prepare it for international use. When I brought my documents to the MA State House for authentication, they saw Monica's stamp and seal and said "Oh, you got it notarized by Monica? She always does it right." Thank you!

I used Monica’s services to notarize my degree and get it attested for use abroad. She handled the entire process seamlessly, from notarization through Secretary of State authentication and the embassy stage, and explained each step and timeline clearly so I always knew where things stood. She went above and beyond throughout. If you need notary or document attestation services in the area, I’d recommend her without hesitation.

Monica was absolutely fantastic. She made the whole process easy and very quick. We were up against a very tight deadline (within 2 weeks), and with the stress that comes with it. Monica coordinated with both me and the school directly. She then shipped my documents to Spain and we made the deadline with a few days to spare. Throughout the process she kept me in the loop, and was always available to answer my many questions. If you need an apostille and can't fly back to Boston I cannot recommend her enough. Truly an amazing experience.
