We called Residential Garage Door Service when the cables attached to our garage door went slack. I found them through a Google search and found they had great reviews and were a local business. They were very professional in scheduling our work right away and staying in contact with us. When they arrived they found a broken spring on the garage door was causing the problem. The part was on the truck and the repair was completed quickly. They took the old part with them and left the workspace all cleaned up. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

After my 22 yearold 2-car garage door banged down from 4 feet, I thought "Oh-No, there goes $2,000 out the door to replace the original liftmaster unit. With RGDS, they came out to inspect on a service call basis. Instead of replacement, all it needed was a chain adjustment & lube with other TLC maintenance.
