Louis is very professional and quick. Came to fix my toilet and taps/shower leaks within a hour of call and did the jobs quickly. Highly recommended.

Luis arrived in 20 minutes after our phone call. He replaced the kitchen sink p-trap and drain elbow in less than an hour. No more leaks. Very professional job. Reasonable price.

Great job, very professional and useful friendly. Highly recommend!!

We had to do a complete replacement of old galvanized pipes in my home, so we got a few different estimates. In the end, The Pro Plumbing had the most reasonable price and thorough explanation of what could be done for my specific scenario. I was afraid that the tile in my shower would have to be destroyed in order to access the pipes but Luis managed to find another route to them that rescued the situation. All in all, Luis and his crew were on time ever day and completed my homes repiping in just 2 days. They always cleaned up after themselves and when the job was done they gave a rundown of their work and tested each faucet to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that I know who needs plumbing work.

Luis was prompt and very knowledgeable. He did and his team member jetted the pipes to my house, and also showed me (with a camera) what the pipes looked liked before and after. They were both very friendly and I would be happy to hire them again.

Luis was excellent. He solved all my sink issues for a good price and a fair deal. He was very clean and quick.

I needed a plumber to repair two leaking outdoor faucets. Luis responded very quickly. We agreed upon a price and the work was done immediately.

They do a work great and fast. Their response time is on point too.

Professional, good job.

Amazing service! I highly recommend Pro plumbing!

Luis was very fast and the work was nice and efficient. I give him 5 stars.

Very pro job. Happy to have business with them

Luis did a great job fixing the leak at my house! He worked very diligently and was able to finish the job in just a few hours even though it was anticipated to take 2 days.

Showed up fast and saved our party from a clogged drain! Very kind and professional. Did good work.

Excellent service and very reasonable price for services.

I contacted Luis about an issue with a leaking pipe in my kitchen faucet. He promptly arrived at my home and assessed the situation. His quote was very reasonable so I agreed to use his services. He repaired the leak quickly and I was completely satisfied with his work. Very pleasant and professional.

first, let me apologize to LUIS for leaving such a late review. I actually came down with a terrible cold from being in the rain and all the flooding in my bathroom just took a toll on my health. I want to leave this review because I am so very grateful. March 13 around midnight I heard these gurgling Bubbling sounds coming from my bathroom when I walked in my tub was completely full of water, dirty water and my toilet at the bottom was just seeping water just coming out just flowing and flowing and my bathroom flooding going to the kitchen i've never been through anything like that before I panicked so badly I could not get a hold of Management. I googled emergency PLUMBER and Luis information was first to show I called and he answered. I was so frantic scared just like out of my mind. I didn't know what to do. He said he would be here and he came like 15 minutes it was pouring rain like heavily and he walked around the house looking for the water shut off valves I had no idea where anything was. I didn't even know what the valve look like. I've been living here only a year and a few months so I was just clueless however I do know now. He opened up some type of valve that I didn't even know existed and all the water Immediately started draining out of the bathroom and gushing out of the side of the pipe that he had opened. the rain was so heavy, he was soaking wet Running around, looking for the problems that truly said a lot about his character it's rare these days when asked for the payment for the Emergency call I honestly didn't have the funds and assumed that when he came to do repairs Management take care of it. He trusted that came back around 9 AM and literally took care of everything. He cleared everything out. He put cameras inside the pipes Not only to see everything that was going on, but to show Management what he had seen and done So professional I'm just so grateful and I will highly recommend his services. He went above and beyond, and I thank him so very much. I forgot to mention the problem wasn't A fault of mine it was actually the neighbors and their carelessness. I guess all the piping are connected. It's just so crazy. I'm still trying to understand it all and I just hope that it never ever happens again and Management figures out a way to make these things rightSo much gratitude I apologize for any text quirks I'm using Google voice🙂

Great service!I contacted them on a Friday around 3:30pm and the Plummer arrived to the store by 3:50pm. He was there for about an hour and fixed the problem. Pricing is reasonable to the job performed. No over pricing like other places. Also, received the invoice right away not like other places that I have to keep calling for them to send invoice. Plummer kept us informed through out the service, prior to executing the job and as well as after he was done. Highly recommend.

It’s the first time I used the company and Luis is very pleasant to work with. He is direct and worked with me on pricing which I am pleased. I called him late to replace a part in the water heater and he was able to finish the job late into the night. I recommend this company and will call them for other jobs for sure.

Luis did a great job. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing.

Hard working crew....no games....just good old fashion hard honest day's work....these guys really get down to work. Complete new 2 way clean out, changed all the cast iron under the house, new abs main line to property line and sleeve to city line. All done in one day so we didn't have any delays on use of our home. Over the last few months, the big rains caused the soil in one area to compact even more so owner (Luis) came back himself and checked to see if there were problems. He came within the hour. He dug up the area to check and no problems found. Added more dirt and compacted....no charge. He honored his warranty and his word. His price was about 3000 less than the other guys and they did a complete trenching to replace the line instead of sneaking in a thinner line with the trenchless method. Two thumbs up . 👍👍

Came fast and on time, great service and did a great job fixing my leak! Recommend.

Good job

Luis came promptly, determined the problem, and replaced the faucet in record in record time. I'll definitely call him again!

I recently hired Luis Chilel to address a significant issue with a punctured copper pipe routed from the street to my property. From the outset, his professionalism and expertise were clear. He promptly assessed the situation, explained the problem in detail, and proposed a thorough plan to fix it. The communications throughout the process was excellent, ensuring I understood each step before moving forward. In addition to repairing the pipe, he also installed a pressure controller to regulate water flow. This was done with the highest level of care and precision. I appreciated his focus on not just solving the immediate problem but also implementing long-term solutions to prevent future issues. The installation was seamless, and he left the work area clean and organized.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Luis' workmanship and dedication to delivering quality service. His punctuality, attention to detail, and technical expertise make him out in his field. I highly recommend Luis from The Pro Plumbing for any plumbing projects, big or small, and would not hesitate to engage his services again. 5 solid stars!

Great work and honest. I recommend him.

Pro plumbing has done an excellent job on our new tankless system. They were quick and responsive, listen to all our requests, and was true to their estimate. The workers were attentive and communicated throughout our installation process. Really professional and well done! Would definitely hire again.
