So far, so good. Technician Mr. Mike just left from our 2nd monthly treatment of 4 scheduled at a rental residence. There was an infestation. I estimate a 75% drop in traffic or better after the first visit last month. Today was the 2nd treatment. Mike was very kind, informative, and professional. I feel he did a thorough job. I am very encouraged and happy with the results so far. Highly recommend Bug Pro. Update. 9-8-25 Technician Chris just left from another treatment. We are happy with the progress that is being made. Thank you bug pro. 10-14-25 update. Technician Chris just left. Really nice guy. Another treatment today. Pest control gets better every treatment. I am very happy with the results. Update 11-12-25 Tech. Mike just left. He said he is happy with the results and that we could go quarterly treatments. Definitely a huge improvement. We are going to do one or 2 more monthly and then go quarterly and see how it goes. Ty bugpro. 12-9-2025 update. Very happy. 100% improvement. Just a couple more problem areas we are working on. Technician Mike is great! Thank you again Mike and bug pro. Update 1-18-2026.... very satisfied. We are going to quarterly treatments. Mike really goes the extra mile for us. Joe, the owner, was perfect. Walked me through the entire treatment process when he completed the estimate for the service I needed. Then he returned with his rep to ensure they both completed the job. BugPro is top notch. Highly recommended! I’m so impressed by the excellent service I get from BugPro. It truly makes such a difference with the mosquito and gnats.I couldn’t even let my dog outside after dark because we would get swarmed.So the mosquito misting service was such a huge add on and still extremely affordable.We are new homeowners and having the termite service was such a weight lifted off our shoulders. Knowing our property is safe and protected is such a wonderful feeling.And again was extremely affordable. They worked with us and got us exactly what we needed. I would and have recommended them again.
