Called on Monday just before lunch. Talked to John, said he could come out between two and four. Showed up at two but not before calling and letting me know he was on his way. Walked me through everything and juggled stuff around to get the building sprayed for termites on Tuesday morning. Appointment was from 9-12. Jessie called to let me know he was on his way and arrived a little before nine. He walked me through what he was going to do and started right away. Jessie was done by 11:30 and finished packing everything up. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and would recommend this company.

Eric arrived early and performed the yearly inspection for termites both inside and outside of our residence. Checked the in ground bait stations and thoroughly inspected interior for any signs of termites. Happy with the service we received and will continue to be a customer. Mr. Bob at bugpro is such a great person to work with. When I found him we were worried we had termites. He did a thorough check and gave us an honest review that we did not have an active swarm but recommended some preventative measures affordably.A week later we noticed a few bugs and called Mr. Bob for help. He cane out right away turns out a seal on the door had broken and Gnats had made it in. He helped us out immediately. He is the kindest and easiest person to work with. We could not be happier with our experienced with his team both knowledgeable and kind.

He provided me with an outline of locations of bait stations, checked previous ones and changed them out after almost 3 years of not being changed, and he provided me the paperwork prior to getting started not at the end of the job.
