I can't say enough good things about this pest control company! They consistently do an outstanding job every time they come out. The technicians (Jace) are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer any questions I have.Since I've been using their services, I've noticed a huge difference, and it's given me real peace of mind. Initial service from workers is good so far but scheduling is horrible no heads up on changes, no call back or email when needed to provide updated information. It’s very much an inconvenience to wait as long as 3 hrs, nearing 8pm and then to call them the next day only to find out they have you on a schedule for that day with out confirming with customer at all. They have no issue getting their monthly payments yet can’t provide complete service which includes proper scheduling adherence.

They came out on a one time visit, The guy Bob told me on the phone if I needed a retreat in the 30 days it would be free. Tried calling them back 4 times and then finally talking to him again and he said he never said that. The lady on the phone even said 14 days after calling multiplie times. I wrote it down, the number in my notes on my phone, even told the person a few days later did the treatment thats what he said. And now he is saying he never said that. They'll probably respond saying they never said that though. I would have never went with this company if he hadn't said that.
