The field supervisor David ran an efficient operation with an outstanding crew. They started work early and cleaned up every evening before leaving. Our experience with Advanced Home Exteriors was absolutely OUTSTANDING - I cannot recommend this team more highly!! We had gotten into an urgent siding situation with another contractor, and Kelly came out for a quote within hours of my call. Kelly was so clearly trustworthy and reliable that we actually decided to replace all of our siding (a bigger project than we had originally planned on) because we liked the company so much and the price was so reasonable. Kelly answered all of my questions and was so incredibly easy to work with. Elvis and team who actually did the work on our house FLEW through the project, and they did an absolutely wonderful job!! They also managed to fit us in before the holidays, and they finished it so much faster than we could have possibly hoped for! I cannot say enough about my experience with AHE. Kelly came out and provided a clear estimate, explaining all of the work that would be done. Bill came out on the first day to do a walk-around with Rudy and the crew to make sure I understood the process and answer any questions I had.As far as Rudy and his crew... these guys worked so hard and were very respectful of the property- at the end of each day, you almost had no idea they had been there. Every step from start to finish was exceptional, and I could not be happier with the end result.I'm almost embarrassed to post the before pictures- let's just say the siding was past its shelf life. The transformation is amazing, and I would not hesitate to work with this company again!

David and his crew did a great job in removing all of my old siding and trim from my house and installing the new Hardiplank siding, soffits, and trim. They were very precise in measuring the Hardiplank sheets and trim pieces so everything fit well together. They also painted everything with separate colors for the sheets and trim. David was very good at answering all of my questions on different aspects of the job. Kelly was very professional in preparing his quote for this job. The contract he prepared was excellent in describing all of the work to be done and the materials that would be used. I highly recommend Advanced Home Exteriors based on their work on my home.

From Kelly Smart providing in-person review of our needs and guidance toward a cost-effective solution and subsequent quote to the on-sight team led by Rudy Lopez, WE ARE SO PLEASED! They guys were very skilled, extremely courteous, and very neat (cleaning up each evening before leaving). They had to disconnect and remove our soffit lighting, cameras, speakers on back patio and re-installed all with no issues after replacing all soffit with perforated hardy. Their work was meticulous. My wife and I watched a home in our neighborhood in Friendswood become totally transformed by AHE with new Hardie siding. Amazed, we grabbed a business card from the foreman and called to inquire about possibly having the same transformation done to our 43 years-young home.Katie: Took our call and, after a brief but thorough explanation of the services AHE offers, She scheduled our (free) consultation.Kelly: Arrived on the day we agreed upon, presented himself with great professionalism and confidence. After listening to our requests and answering every question we had, he got to work taking photos and measurements of the house. The following day I received a detailed estimate for the entire job, and also 2 (two) separate estimates, as I requested options of doing the work in phases. After accepting, we were put on the schedule for the following Friday on which the crew arrived early and got to work.David and his team: Matthew, Serapio, Juan, Eric, and Javier - These guys amazed us with their incredible teamwork, impeccable workmanship and skills. The old siding, soffits and trim were demo'd and replaced with beautiful James Hardie products. The area was kept neat and orderly for the duration of the job, and left in even better shape once complete. David very proudly provided us with a walk-around of our transformed house. 100% satisfied with Advanced Home Exteriors from the bid process to job completion. At our 22 year old home, we discovered some damage to our Hardie Plank siding so we went to the manufacturers site to see who they recommend and that's how we found this company. They certainly proved worthy of their high rating by the manufacturer. Within a day of our inquiry we had their Estimator Kelly Smart come to the house and you could tell he was clearly experienced to know what needed to be done and how the damage occurred. But what was exceptional was his work right there on the spot to patch a hole in the siding so that the weather elements couldn't do more damage. This was done even before he gave us an estimate and before we agreed to hire the company. We quickly received the estimate in writing within a day and we found the overall cost surprisingly reasonable given we decided to go ahead and paint the entire house. Next the company found a slot in their schedule to fit us in sooner than we had hoped and the crew and materials showed up just as expected. The same crew repaired the Hardie Plank, power washed the house and did all the painting. We were super impressed with their skills, quality of materials used, how well they were organized. The crew chief David was excellent at keeping us informed and insuring we were 100% satisfied with the work. This is a long review but bottomline, we highly recommend Advance Home Exteriors.
