I love strength training and had been at a gym for a few years but after COVID disrupted my routine, I spent the last five years trying to find a gym that offered the same type of group training I truly enjoyed. I’m so happy that I finally found it!Coach Kevin is amazing—extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and clearly passionate about helping people improve their strength and fitness. The workouts are challenging and well structured, and the overall atmosphere of the gym is fantastic.I’m so glad I joined and would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for quality strength training and knowledgeable coaching!

One of the best camps we have gone to.We have been going to coach Neal's camp for years and will continue to keep going.What we leaned was extremely practical, effective and will be using thoroughot the year.The instructors were highly relatabke, dedicated,approachable wrestlers and coaches who helped all the wrestlers get better.Strongly recommend wrestler and parents to attend camps like this in the future.Norman and Kai.

I recently attended Spartan training classes at Battle Arts Academy, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The trainers are awesome – highly skilled, motivating, and always attentive to proper technique and form. My little one had a great time at summer camp! I was a bit nervous about leaving him by himself, but the staff were very reassuring. He was one of the youngest campers, and it was his first time at camp. He came home tired after the long day but was more than happy to go back the next day. It was so nice to see how quickly he adjusted and enjoyed the experience!

My daughter recently joined the club after making her high school wrestling team and her experience has been great so far. Great training, good workout and the club is home to some of the national wrestlers who she competed against and now act as mentors. Great environment to learn and develop.

Amazing coaches and an incredible environment! The coaches are all knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to helping their students improve. They teach great technique while also building confidence, discipline, respect, and determination.You can really see how much the coaches care about the students and their progress. I am a new client at Battle Arts Academy and am really enjoying it so far. The Spartan classes at are wonderful, the trainers are knowledgeable and the customer service with the front desk staff has been top notch. I am looking forward to bringing my kids to try some of the other programs offered.
