My wife was concerned because our car was not good in the snow and she works a little bit further and has to go into the Pocono region so she wanted something more reliable for the weather and terrain. She went in, made her choice and got the numbers and the following day I came in and took care of the rest and she was immediately relieved with the decision to trade up. I saw past reviews and almost all were 5 star. The ones that weren’t were unrealistic or were responsible for the quality of their experience. If you’re buying a used car you can still get a quality car but YOU are responsible for the coverage to avoid possibilities that may come with that and these things are offered and explained at the time of sale and are worth every penny of the coverage. He was nothing but honest with us about our car’s history and we WILL shop here again when we’re ready to trade up again in the future.

The experience was very easy and seamless. I asked direct questions and got direct answers. I did not feel like I was being pressured into a purchase from the moment I stepped on the property and wasn’t manipulated into something I didn’t want. As long as they’re still there in 5 years and have something in their inventory I like I will see them when I’m ready to purchase again!

Bought a 2015 jeep patriot last April..Already in the garage 4 times..and the so-called best warranty didn't cover..Actually in the garage now for a Alternator.. previous was front struts .spark plugs and coil packs..Throttle body sensor..and the TPMS sensor..And the check engine light has been on since October..Not a pleased customer period..Not even worth getting the warranty cuz it didn't cover..spent almost 2k out of pocket already and I've owned the vehicle a little over a year.. and on top of it..the battery is shot..and guess what??? That's not under warranty..Soo what's an extra $400 for a new one..

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My friend bought a vehicle from here and her car failed within 24 hours of buying from here. They fought her on everything. They would waste hours on end, never give a call back and never order parts even though they said they ordered parts. She was lied to by the owner himself and he went as far to say that parts were back order and that the warranty wouldn’t cover repairs when the car failed within 24 hours of buying. Also failed within a week of buying. Had to get multiple repairs done just to get the car in operational condition. The car was not sold nor listed “as is.” The car was listed as fixed and had no major issues. All used cars will have a few issues. But they didn’t disclose the major repairs that needed to be done that they “conveniently” forgot to not down in the inspection sheet. This place is trash and you’d have better luck buying somewhere else.Edit to the reply:I never said I bought a vehicle here. I did say that my friend bought a vehicle from here and she did. I have all the receipts and information on how this whole situation played out. Quit calling it a smear campaign when in fact it actually happened. A smear campaign is when you spread lies. No one lie was spoken in my review. Hold yourself accountable for once.

A great place. The people are so nice, when my car had a flat tire they fixed it in an hour. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Nothing bad to say here, if my car breaks again im coming back for sure.
