I had such a great experience at Rj mcglynns auto exchange. Buying a car is honestly so stressful, especially when you’re on a tight budget and someone who has never bought their own car before like I was. but Ryan made the entire process feel manageable and calm. I submitted an application thinking I wouldn’t get approved for anything but wanted to try it. The next day Ryan called me he was so polite and helpful I was amazed. After speaking to him for a short period on the phone I went to the lot and talked to him more went over some stuff and started looking at vehicles. I found a few I liked and ended up taking it down to 2. I picked the vechicle I wanted and took it for a test drive the same day. I was waiting on my taxes to come in to have money for a down payment and wasn’t sure when they would come. It so happened they came in later that night and the next day I went to the lot. Ryan has a really nice place and works hard to help you out. He’s not there for the money he truly cares. He even lost money on the car I picked but still let me buy it at a decent price. He works hard to get you into something you want and not what “he would wanna put you in” like many other places. He stands beside his word and values people more then just a sale or money outlook. I highly highly recommend this place and Ryan as well. I will definitely be back and have already started handing out his cards

I have never had such a great experience buying a car! Firstly, their inventory and prices are fantastic! And second, and most important, this family owned business doesn't pressure you like other dealers. Ryan worked to get me the lowest monthly payment, where other dealers make you feel like there's nothing they can do to lower the price. I will absolutely buy a vehicle from here again!

My wife was concerned because our car was not good in the snow and she works a little bit further and has to go into the Pocono region so she wanted something more reliable for the weather and terrain. She went in, made her choice and got the numbers and the following day I came in and took care of the rest and she was immediately relieved with the decision to trade up. I saw past reviews and almost all were 5 star. The ones that weren’t were unrealistic or were responsible for the quality of their experience. If you’re buying a used car you can still get a quality car but YOU are responsible for the coverage to avoid possibilities that may come with that and these things are offered and explained at the time of sale and are worth every penny of the coverage. He was nothing but honest with us about our car’s history and we WILL shop here again when we’re ready to trade up again in the future.

The experience was very easy and seamless. I asked direct questions and got direct answers. I did not feel like I was being pressured into a purchase from the moment I stepped on the property and wasn’t manipulated into something I didn’t want. As long as they’re still there in 5 years and have something in their inventory I like I will see them when I’m ready to purchase again!
