I had my side sewer installed and my septic system decommissioned by Tremor Excavation. If you are looking for side-sewer installation in Everett I can definitely recommend them. Nothing exciting happened, thank goodness. The process was as painless as it could be, and everything is running smoothly. Yelisey was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. Yelisie and Yarik did an amazing job waterproofing our foundation wall on time and budget. We have dealt with flooding and seepage in the below ground storage room for years without resolve. Now that the guys at Tremor have done their work our confidence is sky high this problem has been solved.

If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing to unexpectedly replace your entire septic system, these are absolutely the people you want to hire.Their communication was impeccable every step of the way. We received several bids for the project, and while theirs was not the cheapest, it was also not the most expensive. I can confidently say every penny was well spent, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.Their communication was better than any contractor I have ever worked with. They helped keep the project moving through design approval, communicated promptly with the health department, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They texted me every morning with their ETA and made sure I knew about any changes or adjustments to the initial plan.There were a few additional costs, which were understandable given that my yard had large tree roots that could not have been fully anticipated until they were actually digging. The extra charges were fair and reasonable considering the additional work required.They completed the project within the timeframe they originally estimated, even with several days of terrible weather, and came in about as close to their bid as realistically possible.They made an absolutely horrible and overwhelming situation so much easier to cope with. Septic replacement is stressful, expensive, and disruptive, but their professionalism, communication, and follow-through made the entire process feel manageable. I am genuinely grateful we hired them and would highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar project.
