He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us different options, and never made us feel pressured into doing more work than necessary. He and his team showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. It’s hard to find contractors who communicate well and genuinely seem to care about doing the job right, and Hector definitely does.We had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to call Hector and Septic Masters again or recommend them to friends and family.
