We had a great experience with Expat Renov8. They plastered and painted the walls throughout our home and installed laminate flooring on our upper floor. We're very happy with the end result and the transformation of our house.From the start, communication was prompt, clear, and in English, which we really appreciated as expats living in the Netherlands. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the project.They completed the entire renovation for the fixed price that was quoted, with no hidden fees or unexpected costs. What really stood out was that they took care of everything. They removed and reinstalled all of our light fittings, electrical sockets, radiators, blinds, and curtains as part of the job at no extra charge. They also disposed of all the renovation waste, including the old carpet they removed, without any additional cost. It made the whole process completely hassle-free.The walls have a beautiful smooth finish, and the upstairs laminate flooring was installed with great care and precision. I want to mention that Lee was super accommodating and really went above and beyond to help us make our wishes come true. My partner and I were scammed in the past by a company who claimed to want to help expats and take away the fear around a new country and a new language… this was not the case with Expat Renov8. Lee is super trustworthy, very transparent and a genuinely talented professional. Working with him took away all the stress and anxiety of dishonest people trying to take advantage of you in a new country.
