I want to mention that Lee was super accommodating and really went above and beyond to help us make our wishes come true. My partner and I were scammed in the past by a company who claimed to want to help expats and take away the fear around a new country and a new language… this was not the case with Expat Renov8. Lee is super trustworthy, very transparent and a genuinely talented professional. Working with him took away all the stress and anxiety of dishonest people trying to take advantage of you in a new country. Lee and his team have done a great job in renovating our attic into a beautiful bedroom. Insulation, construction, plaster and painting. He also renovated our dakkapel and sourced a replacement window, and at a really competitive price. The quality of workmanship and professionalism is very high. His communication is open and honest, which helps the customer in decisions. Working with Lee was really a breath of fresh air, we all know the nerves and concerns that come with taking on a big home improvement project without much experience and in a new country. Lee immediately and effortlessly eased our nerves with his very collaborative and trustworthy approach! We knew and felt from the very beginning that we were in safe hands with Lee and his team! We spoke about the work and he planned in dates almost immediately. He kept us up to date with the progress and his number one priority was always the quality of the work being done!You never have to worry about the end result, Lee cares just as much as you do to get a nice result! Before handing over - he does an inspection and if he is not happy, he arranges a fix immediately!We had Lee do some wall paper removal for us and plastering of the entire house as well as some insulation and modernizing work in the attic, this was done with amazing workmanship! Half way through the job we decided that we would also like them to prime and paint the walls, this request was accommodated immediately and the work was planned in straight away! Lee is exceptionally good at adjusting the plan on the go.Lee is also very fair in terms of pricing and payment - we never felt pressured into quotes and payment requests!All in all - we are extremely happy with the work that was done as well as how it was done and how Lee handled the project!We couldn't recommend him enough. Lee is also a one stop shop for almost any and all jobs for your house, so with him you've basically got a skilled and trustworthy contractor for life, which in this day and age is a gift!

I'm very satisfied with the work done. They are very professional and offer different options that fit my budget. They are easy to contact and came in a few days. I appreciate that, once the work was finished, they called me to check that everything was okay. I pointed out one detail that wasn't quite perfect, and they came back to fix it.
