I cannot quite describe how great Jonathan and his services have been. We called him on Friday evening with an urgent plea to take photos of our dog who did not have much time left. He opened a booking slot on a Sunday for us even though he doesn't normally work on Sundays and said he will set up everything to accommodate our little dog and his needs. The session ran very smoothly and he managed to capture some beautiful memories for us. After the photoshoot, he proposed we organise a teams call few days later to pick the shots we like the most instead of waiting around during the day as to accommodate us given the circumstances. The pictures worked out beautifully and now we have a lasting memory of our little boy who left us only a day after the photos were taken.We cannot express how thankful we were for Jonathan's patience and willingness to help us out with this plea. We booked a shoot with Jonathan following the loss of our cat, when we realised that we would like some keepsakes of our dog to cherish forever. Jonathan was excellent with my springer spaniel! She had a brilliant time up Hope Mountain and Jonathan was very patient with her energetic nature! From the get go and initial enquiry Jonathan was absolutely fabulous. His attention to detail to help meet our senior rescue dog, Alaska's needs has been absolutely fabulous. Especially as at the time we hadn't had our dog for very long and in reality were only just getting to know her. The correspondence beforehand was detailed and thorough, outlining any photography preferences, alongside questions about Alaska. Jonathan clearly cares about the welfare of a dog - not just the photography. As our dog can be reactive occasionally, it was certainly an experience but actually Jonathan was so patient with Alaska from the get go and just so dog friendly that Alaska relaxed so quickly and we had no issues. As we had been working with a behaviourist at the time, we were able to use the photography session as an impromptu training session to continue building up Alaska's confidence in life situations and she came on leaps and bounds after the session with Jonathan. We've just received our digital images (awaiting some physical products too - but we have only just finalised payment, so it's fair enough 😅) and they are simply absolutely sensational. We used these photographs to announce on social media that we have decided to adopt Alaska (we were fostering with a view to adopt before). Of course... crediting and linking Jonathan in the process for the fabulous work. Can't sing our praises enough! Communication in the whole process has been amazing - even checking we were happy with the final edits as well! We will definitely continue to highly reccomend Jonathan to all our friends who own a dog. From start to finish he has been amazing, he doesn't just take great photos, but has the personality and brilliant customer service to go alongside his work as well.
