The owner of Noni’s Senior Living Placement, Kendra, was phenomenal at finding my Dad an assisted living facility. During the last 10 years of my Dad’s life, I worked with a number of San Diego organizations that serve seniors, and Kendra and Noni’s Senior Living Placement by far offered the most outstanding services, and for a reasonable price.Kendra found three assisted living facilities that we agreed were in a good locations for him and at an appropriate price range. I eventually chose the one with the best food because my dad was a picky eater and tasty food was a real source of joy for him. Also this place had an attached rehabilitation facility. Kendra pointed out this would make for an easy transition for my Dad from hospital to rehab to assisted living. What a difference it made, for my Dad to go down the hall to his new home in assisted living. We also had flexibility regarding his moving day, because the rehab facility and assisted living were under the same umbrella and worked together well. This is just one example of her thinking of everything, from the big picture to the small details, and how it all connects.Kendra also knows the industry inside out from owning her own senior living facility. As her client, you benefit from all this knowledge, and her effectiveness and efficiency, which are stellar. During the process Kendra shared her educated opinions openly, listened closely to my needs and to what each facility was offering. She asked insightful questions and made keen observations, which made decision making much easier for me. She is whipper snap smart and works twice as fast as anybody else, yet it never feels rushed, with Kendra you get a lot for your money.My Dad and I were grateful when Kendra went above and beyond, by continuing the relationship with us, overseeing my Dad’s move from his apartment to the assisted-living, helping him unpack and getting him organized in his new place, which was no small feat. After he passed, Kendra helped me pack up the apartment and get rid of furniture. Kendra has real follow through and she cares about her clients. I highly recommend Kendra for moving your dear ones to senior facilities, and honestly for anything else related to senior care.

Kendra was amazing to work with. My stepdad had some unique issues that were going to make him difficult to place. Kendra took the time to really understand the situation, sorted through dozens of board and cares (B&C), and came up with a short list for us to tour.Her experience running a B&C helped her eliminate several places based on information maintained by the state regulatory agency and making phone calls to vet their ability to take on a challenging patient/resident.The options that we looked at were excellent and Kendra had us debrief after each visit to understand what we like and didn't like, until we found a place where we felt very comfortable.Kendra runs her business with so much compassion. It's as if she's looking for a place for her own family member.

When my father experienced a rapid decline this year, it exposed the fact that he was 'covering' for my mother's memory issues. We had planned an independent living situation in Vermont, but very suddenly, we were in need of memory care, here, in San Diego where I can assist them. Kendra to the rescue. I flew back from Vermont on a Friday and she had three amazing tours set up for me that Saturday! She had carefully listened to our needs and all of her suggested facilities were great options. Kendra helped guide us, and pointed out some of the pros and cons that someone new to the process just wouldn't know to think about. My parents are doing very well in the place that we selected. They have been there since early October of last year. They are ten minutes from my house so I can easily support them and visit. Kendra has continued to support us with suggestions and some very helpful info to help navigate the world of caring for someone with dementia. This is one of the hardest things that I have done in my life, and I am thankful that Kendra is here to help.

Kendra helped us find a wonderful place for my husband's step father. She was ALWAYS available for our many, many questions. She researched many places to fit his budget and needs. Prior to working with her, we did not think his budget would allow for an independent living situation. He is very happy and comfortable. We are glad to know that he is safe and well taken care of.
