I've lived here for 4 years now and overall I've enjoyed my time living here. The pool, gym, and underground parking are great amenities to have and the overall layout and appliances of my apartment work well for me. Highly recommend!

Decent place to live cheaper than most places in Madison. We have a person downstairs who works for the company that is there until 4 pm everyday so you can pay your rent or ask any questions if needed.

Great place. Isaac the manager was awesome. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Had a couple of minor issues when we moved in and Isaac took care of them immediately. There was a welcome home letter and gift package waiting for us when we arrived. Nice touch! Grounds are very well kept up and it's a great atmosphere. The other tenants that I've met so far are very nice and welcoming. Looking forward to living here! If you are searching for a new place, I would highly recommend that you check out Prairie Crest Apartments in Verona.

Gorgeous apartments about 9 minutes from Epic. The apartment manager, Autumn, is so welcoming and genuine! She really made the move so smooth from the beginning. Moving can be so stressful, but she was an absolute godsend and really stayed on top of things so I didn't have any worries! She has been very attentive and helpful any time I've had a question. The pool and grounds are well kept and even the studios are spacious and well designed. I would absolutely reccomend these apartments to anyone wanting to move to the Verona area.

Lincoln Street is a gem off a place , tucked into a neighborhood and surrounded by green space .With a warm and welcoming management team , you feel you are home every time you enter the building .The location is ideal, and the property is expertly maintained .Thank you to the entire team for creating such a beautiful , warm place to call home .If you are looking , schedule a tour . I moved from a house to Lincoln apts. I have not lived in an apartment in over 50 yrs. This place is so well maintained & in superb condition. Kendra, the manager attends to every detail and assures that the amenities are current and beautifully Maintained. As a former CEO capitals, I must acknowledge the commitment and ability that she puts into her role. She is always accessible, kind and competent, and it’s an outstanding choice for the company and the tenants.

One of the best apartment in Verona. Magnificent views of sunset (tip- Apt #312 is best for sunset view with massive windows and high ceiling). Check out my videos and pictures from that apartment crazyyyy views. Super spacious equipped with modern equipments, in house machine & dryer. They also have underground garage parking space for your car it helps in winter. Management has changed this year but Ian is a good and helpful person. I lived in a 2b2b and both bedrooms had similar space with attached bathroom. When it comes to shifting or carrying heavy stuff to your apartment the carts and the trolley they have here comes in handy (best perks of living here) also they have ELEVATOR!!!✌🏻😁This will be my forever fav space to stay if I come back to Madison, WI

My wife and I have toured more than 20 apartments over the past couple of years, and Ian was hands down one of the best people we’ve worked with. He was organized, responsive, and on top of every detail, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was also very enthusiastic and you could tell he loves his job!He genuinely cares about helping people. He was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. We also really appreciated that Regency doesn’t try to hide anything. They're very honest and it was a great experience from start to finish.

I had a tour with Ian and he was wonderful. He was knowledgable, provided great information, and really went above and beyond – I needed more specific measurements because of concerns I had regarding my furniture, and the next day, he went back and called me from the apartment with his tape measurer, giving me live updates. He even sent photos of the views from a few different apartments so I could see where a few other options were located and what they looked out onto so I could determine which I was interested in applying for. He was really fun, and he wasn't pushy to show me things I didn't really care about seeing (I'm not a clubhouse person, my bad). I've looked at a million apartments and I'm really excited to have made a decision! :)

Lived here for a little over 2 years and had a great experience. Area is quiet and the apartments are newly-built and well-maintained. Management is very communicative via text/email and maintenance requests were addressed quickly. Kendra (property manager) is very easy to get ahold of and was always extremely helpful with anything we needed. We cleaned thoroughly before we left and received our full security deposit back.
