I was involved in a very serious accident back in October of 25’, I was referred to university Orthopedic care for my treatment. I can’t express enough the professionalism from the time you walk in their office to the individual attention you recieve when your name is called. Every staff member is not only knowledgeable in the area of care you are treated for what you suffer from not what the last individual treatment was. I am a disabled Combat Veteran and health care for me has been an extreme challenge to feel I am receiving the correct advice and treatment. University Orthopedic Care I would refer to anyone seeking 5 star treatment from a very good group of medical professionals.

As someone who sat in the waiting room(brought a parent), I had time to take in the atmosphere of the office and wanted to share. The ladies greeting you are warm and friendly, we meet Aaliyah. She is very kind. As staff would enter, you would hear a warm good morning. This was meant for staff as well as patients. One after the next would arrive greeting everyone and sharing a smile. I spoke to Suzette, HR and Karen, office manager to share my thoughts. It was refreshing to see coworkers creating a positive and kind environment for themselves as well as their patients. Bonus: we arrived an hour early (by accident) and they were able to take him early. I will leave it to my dad to share his experience inside the office (if he so chooses). I can say he came out laughing with the dr.Ps. They share a driveway with the Social Security building and are located back behind them.
