Where do I start? Sales team, great! We weren’t sure in the beginning if it was worth the investment. We had a ton of questions. They answered all of our questions and at the end of all of them there was never the pressure of “when can we get this set up for you”. They always ensured us that when we are comfortable and ready they will be there for us. So the day comes for the install everyone we worked with was professional and the areas of the yard that was disturbed was put back like they were never there. Fast forward 3.5 yrs we move to another home and they reinstalled the system for us. All was good for a little bit. The system got a mind of its own. It took the team a minute to get to the base of the problem,but they were able to fix it with no complaints or blaming on user error or whatever else. They simply backed their product 100%. That in itself is rare these days. I really appreciate your team and amazing customer service, there aren’t a lot of companies like you anymore. Thank you.

Purity H2O fell into my lap and I’m glad they did. My wife and I just bought a new home and I wasn’t going to wait long to get a water system installed. I did some of my own research about what I was looking for and these guys checked every box for me. Randy was fantastic through the entire process, and provided me with all of answers I needed. Bobby closed the deal and really took great care of us. Install went really smooth and without any issue. Looking forward to getting the cleaning supplies next.
