After having been let down by an alternative company, Darren of DSG Electrical Services, went above and beyond to fit us in at relatively short notice and travelled a fair distance to ensure that we got the EICR inspection certificate in time to give to our estate agents, enabling us to rent our property within the timeframe required.Darren was thorough and spent a good amount of time ensuring everything was to standard before signing off. I hired Darren to install a new EV charger, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear right from the beginning, and he was really friendly and helpful throughout. He took the time to answer all my questions during the installation, fitted a new consumer unit in my garage, and carried out the work to a very high standard. The cabling was neat and tidy, and he made sure everything was clean before leaving. I’d 100% recommend Darren and will definitely be using him again for any future electrical work.
