Tarran was so helpful when I was purchasing my first home! She was very knowledable about what to look for in a house and neighborhood. Her website was very user friendly and really helped me narrow down areas and houses that I wanted to look at. She was always able to show me houses asap and was a great help in finding houses to go look at.

Tarran is the best realtor around. She had our house sold in 48 hours. She was willing to help us if we were willing to put the time and hard work into getting the house ready also. She brought some of her own furnishings into our house for staging! I never could have done it without Tarran. She was fabulous! I highly recommend her for selling your house. I'm sure she would be just as great at finding a house, but we were moving to another area.

Tarran was great to work with! I was a first-time buyer looking for a townhouse in the Buckhead/Brookhaven neighborhoods of Atlanta. I was overwhelmed by the home-buying process and felt discouraged watching great places disappear before I even had the chance to look at them. Tarran was awesome. She explained every step of the process and answered all of my questions. She really understood what I was looking for and was able to find me the perfect place within one week of officially starting my search. We used Tarran for buying and selling. If I could give her more than 5 stars than I would! On the selling side, Tarran walked through our house and gave us her opinions on what to change/fix prior to listing. She also walked our backyard and gave us improvement suggestions prior to posting. Additionally, she staged our backyard, deck and house. All of her improvement suggestions and staging made a world of difference. Additionally, She put together an entire marketing strategy and outlined each step of it to us. Tarran was able to sell and negotiate our house for over list price in 48 hours. On the buying side, Tarran put together an entire afternoon of house hunting. She provided me with a packet of information-including the map of our day, information on each house and additional comments section so I could rate each house as we saw them. She told me we had to exhaust the market before placing an offer on anything (and we did)! She even had snacks and drinks...house hunting can be exhausting, but Tarran was PREPARED! Once we put an offer in, Tarran was ON IT the entire time. She was there with me every step of the way. She provided estimates to us when the inspection came back with all the items to fix, worked directly with our lender and was available to us 24/7. Buying and selling feels daunting...but with Tarran, it was a lot easier than I ever anticipated it being. Additionally, Taran cared about us. She genuinely wanted what was best for my family and me. I would recommend Tarran Craver to anyone looking to buy, sell or both. You won't be disappointed.

Tarran Craver is very honest, straightforward and organized. She beautifully negotiated getting me an accepted offer as a buyer when there were several offers on the table in this competitive market! She has seriously amazing organizational skills...must have been all the years as PTA president among her many well respected accomplishments. I know first hand that Tarran will go the extra mile for her clients and work very hard so that they will be satisfied. I realized pretty quickly I ended up with a winner and an exceptional person!
