Damage to roof due to hailstorm. Chose Aztec Roofing and glad I did because this was an insurance matter and I had not dealt with anything like this. Fortunately Ulises Aguilar (Manager) walked me through the whole process, helping me to understand what to expect. My roof was replaced in a timely manner. The crew was diligent in cleaning up after installation. Ulises was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with this customer (me) who had a million questions. Questions he was able to answer. Aztec roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster and even came to meet them on a Sunday because that was the only day that worked. I worked with Ulises and he made everything super easy. He is a great communicator and let me know everything that was going on and made sure all my questions were answered. Ulises called and worked directly with my insurance company and even got them to cover a few extra things he found along the way. They did an amazing job on the roof and worked very quickly to get it done. They put tarps over my bushes and when they were done left absolutely nothing behind. Hiring a contractor for big projects on your home could be scary for some of us. That is not the case with Aztec.
