EDIT: 11/11/2025 -We'll I'm back 3 years later. The house is in great shape, the comments from friends and family are plentiful. We had a small issue with a shower leak, and within moments of reaching out to the FGB team, we were on the road to resolution. They worked with us to even make a few tweaks to the finishes and we ended up even more impressed this time around.If you are considering a build or just want advice, PLEASE CALL THIS TEAM!I can't speak highly enough about FGB. My wife and I had been trying to find the right builder for over 2 years that would fit our needs. It wasn't until we met the the folks at FGB that we found exactly what we were looking for. The team was more than willing to make the process custom to our needs and wants. Throughout the entire process, the communications were rapid and thorough. They were very transparent about costs and timelines. Our home was finished ahead of schedule and blew away any concept of how nice we thought the finished product would have ever been. If I had everthing to do all over again, I would have just called them sooner!

Frank Good Builders built our custom home in 2021-2 in Amherst County.  They were extremely helpful with every step, home design, site improvements, even with building during the trying time of material shortages and delays.  The team was excellent at communications, design advice, and sub-contractor oversight.  They took full accountability for all issues and fixed or re-worked anything that was not of the highest standards the first time.  We highly recommend them without reservation.
