I needed to build a house. when I signed on with Frank good I received much much more. I received an architectural design that was the fullest expression of our desires, a design tean that carefully and creatively helped us make selection within our budget and reflected our vision and style. the FGB craftsman and building experts from Frank Good himself, leadership and especially the carpenters blew my mind with their care and attention to detail, creativity and skill. I was informed and education all along the way as to budget, cost of decisions and cost saving and and efficiency measures to consider. The whole experience from the first day was not always easy but for a pleasure. the staff and craftsmen were always curious, patient with my questions and presence. I never heard a cross word or disagreement at the worksite. One workman told me that at FGB from trop to bottom we are just simple builders who love their jobs. It shows! The most powerful experience for me as the owner was the trust and relationship built iver time with the project Manager. Clay was overseeing several other projects while building our house, yet It felt like I was his only client. From beginning to end, Clay was responsive, honest, helpful. He educated me in the process, managed the budget, advised me in advance of big changes, costs and consequences to change orders and in the end saved me dissapointment in design mistakes and money. when things did not go perfectly, we figured it out together. His respect for the process and for me as the owner built trust and security. We ended up with the home of our dreams and well beyond what we ever thought possible. We had a small issue with a shower leak, and within moments of reaching out to the FGB team, we were on the road to resolution. We had been wanting to build our dream home for years, and we did a ton of research on who was the best builder in our area. Once we came across FGB, we knew we found the right fit. They took our vision, and my giant checklist, and created a home that is even better than what we could have imagined.They have all of the technological tools needed in todays day and age from their home planning, virtual reality walk throughs, an app that keeps you informed of the day-to-day work being done from start to finish, and visual furniture placements. Not to mention, all of their team is knowledgable, responsive, respectful and hard-working.Not only are their builders and the staff great to work with, but they also offer Brittany Good and her interior design staff to help with the process along the way. I had very specific details and designs that I wanted to incorporate into our home and BGI didn't skip a beat. My husband and I reached out to FGB with some house plans that we'd found online that perfectly matched what we were looking for. They were very receptive from the start - agreeing to use the plans we provided, and modify them within their system to complete our custom build for us. The entire team from start to finish was incredibly accommodating, easy to work with, and very friendly and helpful. We already lived where we were building, so I know it was a challenge for them having us on site the entire time, able to watch everything they were doing, every second! The process in choosing (and changing our minds a lot) every single detail that we wanted was very seamless. Its been a few months since our build was completed, and we still work with our PM on small outstanding fixes that you just don't find until you move in. This process is also seamless. We have enjoyed working with FGB so much that we miss our interactions with their team now that our home is complete.
