I would highly recommend In-Home Trainer.A very well run service that provides excellent trainers. I have been away from being able to train for a long time and wanted something in home where I could feel comfortable and not feel awkward with a larger gym . I was extremely lucky to have the kind patience of Christine to ensure that my experience was smooth and seamless . I appreciated the initial intake process to assess my fitness level and to match me to a trainer . I was extremely lucky and pleased with my trainer Beatrice who is amazing on different levels ! Beatrice is very knowledgeable and talented in all aspects training especially when it comes to developing programs that give me a great workout .In 4 sessions I’m starting to feel a difference in my body and energy ! Beatrice is a very enthusiastic, energetic ,and encouraging person! Amazing energy and fun too.I thought I would not ever get to have some level of fitness back after several years of not being ableto ! I now look forward to continuing my fitness journey.

Alex has been a great starter for me since the start of my program. As a senior, he sets a pace somewhere between “I’m glad I’ve finished” and “I’m sorry I started”, which is the perfect balance. His routines have variety, lots of explanation, and good effect. I appreciate his patience, but he is definitely helping me!

The experience I’ve had from first contact to my third session so far have been great. The team is very responsive and the app is easy to use and being able to see my workouts and message my trainer is awesome!

I’ve been working way th my trainer for about 18 months now and he’s great. Very nice guy, patient, punctual, polite! He follows my lead and makes sure I won’t hurt myself!
