I contacted Chadwick’s out of desperation because of a lengthy wait for NHS treatment. Everyone from the reception staff to the physios were very welcoming and courteous. I was initially seen by Carl who identified the problem immediately. Due to a change in my availability I was transferred to Genna, and both of them were fantastic. I was given exercises and also an app with video instructions rather than being sent away with paper instructions like I have had in the past from NHS physios, and this ensured that I was performing the exercises correctly. They were achievable time wise which also meant I could fit them into my daily routine. I am pleased to say that I have seen a great improvement in my condition, and I can only thank Genna for her continued attention and perseverance in getting me back to where I am today. I would highly recommend Chadwick’s to anybody. Thank you all 💙

After getting no joy from my Doctors. I tried Chadwick’s after an initial consultation I received personal one to one treatment in a lovely clean environment, very modern and from a friendly, knowledgeable physio. The issue I had probably won’t disappear, but after my visits it is very much controlled and improves my lifestyle

Me and my wife attended this session with our 6-month-old baby, and we both found it so helpful. The session was really informative, practical and easy to follow, with lots of useful advice around postnatal recovery, there was so much they tell you that you just don’t get with standard healthcare follow up appointments.The team were so friendly and welcoming, and made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We were also really grateful for the free goodie bag – such a thoughtful touch.What impressed us most was that such a valuable and well-run seminar was provided completely free of charge. Huge thanks to Lesley and the team – we’d definitely recommend it to any new parents.

Excellent and very friendly reception. Got an appointment next day for a knee injury. Was seen expertly by Carl who was very calming and reassuring After two sessions my treatment is complete. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have to say im delighted by the speed of my recovery from a very painful back injury sustained, I saw physio Matt, between his treatment , advice and exercises he scheduled, I can honestly say I made a far quicker than I expected recovery and im genuinely very grateful !

So, I saw a post on local social media to sign up for a free ‘ knee pain’ event at Chadwick’s Physio in Formby last Saturday. I have acute knee pain at the moment after tearing my meniscus, so I wasn’t sure if I would be suitable. After speaking to the lovely reception lady she said why don’t you pop along anyway.I am under joint health under NHS, so I really didn’t have anything to lose.I attended with about 20 other adults (all older) . Lesley, the owner did a presentation about all aspects of knee pain , from age related degeneration to knee replacements- I found the session extremely informative and I feel with the knowledge I learned will be most beneficial to me and although I am being managed under NHS at the moment I would not hesitate in contacting Chadwick’s in the future- in no way at all did I feel pressured to sign up to any of their services or treatments. What I did find were a team of informed, knowledgeable, friendly and professional people that I would be happy to go to in the future. There was also a presentation by a GP called Dr Manisha from the Liverpool Clinic in Waterloo- who was also very informative and explained several options . Although at 58, I’m hoping my situation is only temporary, but feel well informed of any potential treatments I may need in the distant future . Thank you Chadwick’s & Dr Manisha for a great session x
