I was dreading going through the process of having braces to align my teeth for at least two years, but everyone on her staff made the experience fun and exciting. Everyone in the office is personable. From explaining the step-by-step process on each visit and describing attainable goals, we also got to share stories about travel, sports events, concerts, and fun personal events. I really enjoyed all the conversations and the welcoming environment. I will still remember the excitement surrounding each time it came to choosing the color(s) going on my wires, especially when I got to ask them to “put a rainbow in my mouth” when I was in the early stages of each tooth getting an individual band to hold the wire on the brackets. Graduation day of getting the braces removed and seeing the beautiful results of the two-year long journey was very rewarding.
