Lovely setting for a place to say farewell to a loved one

We have just held a memorial service at Heatherley Park in Hampshire for my husband. The setting is so beautiful. We were blessed with amazing weather and had the doors open throughout the service. Jo and the team could not have been more helpful. Our celebration concluded with a near 10 minute Musical and Photo tribute which was managed to perfection. I really cannot recommend enough.

The most beautiful place to hold funeral. The view from the hall is stunning. It gives you time to reflect in a calm and natural environment. We have had both of my parent’s services here. There is no rushing to get through the service with people queuing up for the next service. It is very respectful and dignified. A beautiful place. I would recommend it to everyone.

From the first time we visited GreenAcres, Norwich, to view the Service Hall, we felt surrounded by care and comfort.After the funeral service, we visited the Woodlands area to choose a plot for my husband’s ashes. During our many visits, the care, understanding and support we received were indescribable.The compassionate way the team handled the internment of Colin’s ashes last Friday was incredibly comforting. They were quietly there for us without ever being intrusive yet appeared immediately whenever we needed them.Andrew was the main member of staff we dealt with, and his care and attention were 100%. We held my Mum's funeral at Chiltern Park - and it was a wonderful experience - total unhurried, we had the place to ourselves and the setting is peaceful and calm. Plus the provision of a "meeting room" where we had access to tea/coffee or cold water before and after, was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families. However, I had to drop a star due to the huge fee GreenAcres wanted to charge just to scatter my Mum's ashes on site - I was totally shocked as it seemed so out of proportion. Such a shame as it is such a lovely setting, but we ended up making alternative arrangements, plus it leaves a slightly bitter taste in the mouth after what had been such a positive experience.

Well kept 'green' cemetery with a lovely service hall, toilets, coffee facilities and parking.NB. The lovely service hall can be hired even if the deceased is not being placed in the cemetery.

A very peaceful and open cemetery a perfect place ( if it can be put this way) for a burial. It is very tranquil and well looked after. It also has very good facilities.

Ness was compassionate and efficient which helped make a very sad time the best it could be. With her help we gave my beautiful son Josh the best send off that he deserved.

My mother and father in law were laid to rest at Heatherley Park under a Chestnut tree, which is what they wanted, peaceful and in nature. Every time we visited the staff were, without question the kindest and most compassionate people. I recently laid my husband to rest near his mum as a sentinal looking across to them. The arrangements were made without fuss and were exactly what we wanted. You can have a big traditional service in the chapel or do what your family want. I am beyond grateful to Ness, Jo and Kieron for their help, support and kindness. We as a family found the joy.

The staff at Greenacres were extremely helpful informing me of the many options available the communication was clear they showed me around the grounds and the spot I am to be interned. I would like to thank Sue and Chloe who took great care of my choices and made me feel welcome. The grounds are beautiful and if you want a service there is a little chapel on site. If you're looking for a burial site I would thoroughly recommend Greenacres at Colney Woods.

Greenacres Living Memorial Park at Colney is exactly where my mum would have wanted her ashes spread. It’s a calm, quiet and beautifully maintained park, surrounded by woodland and animal life is noticeable. Chloe has been exceptionally helpful in arranging mum’s ashes to be spread in a perfect place.
