steffany was amazing! she was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive to detail throughout the whole process! whether we’re communicating over facebook messages, text, or in-person, she is down to earth and pleasant to work with. additionally, she is considerate and kind for sending constant detailed updates. she was very collaborative too, asking me for feedback before and after the photos were taken, and just throughout the whole creative process in general. if i could give her 10 stars i would. i also explained to steffany that i had limited experience doing professional photoshoots, and i wanted to expand my portfolio for modeling. she was so patient and encouraging throughout our session that i felt comfortable and safe in no time. she is also a multi-tasking queen - we were talking about many different things throughout our session, and yet she was constantly fixing the lighting or adjusting her camera, and basically using every second to perfect her creative vision while also conversing with me. with just a few minutes of working with her, anyone could tell that she is passionate and very intentional with her art :)! i think her ability to create contrast is also awesome, considering i was wearing a black dress - and yet she still managed to create a clear, defining silhouette against a black background. the goals of this TFP photoshoot were: 1) black and white silhouette photos 2) head shot beauty/ digital photos. i think she went above and beyond! call her a modern day female caravaggio with her ability to create light contrast, drama, emotion, and depth, to which strongly highlighted the lines of my jawline, neck, scapula, etc. after we finished up with the black and white silhouette photos, her range as a photographer, creativity, and flexibility was also shown when she suggested that we go for more of a lighter / warmer tone for the beauty shoot, the adjustment to which she decided to make on the fly because i so happened to be wearing a white tube top when i walked in. i really love the way the photos turned out and it’s all thanks to her artistry, quick thinking, and professional photography skills!additionally, from a model’s perspective, safety/ trust can sometimes be a concern especially when it comes to traveling to a new area and working with new photographers you’ve probably never met before, but i can assure you that steffany is the photographer to trust in every single aspect! everything about the photoshoot was fun: she knows how to set the vibes right with her immaculate music taste (but she tries to play songs that are personalized to clients also), and she was kind for letting me bring my mom along to keep me company as well. her studio has a seemingly unlimited variety of cameras, intricate equipment, props, backgrounds, microphones for podcasts, and a lot more things i probably don’t know the name of. to top it all off, she seamlessly moves and flows from one camera to the next like it’s nothing. i definitely appreciate my opportunity to work with someone as professional and nice as her and i hope i can do it again soon :)!

As someone who used to do a lot of shoots but hasn’t done a photoshoot in a while, I definitely enjoyed my shoot with Steff. She was very punctual and comfortable to work with. I felt like I could take my time easing back into modeling and she even had some pointers for me as well. On top of that the photos came out great! If you’re needing portraits and want to elevate your portfolio, definitely hit up Steff!

Steffany recently took my author portraits for my book jacket. She immediately made me feel comfortable and her process to choose my poses/looks/lighting along and the way she guided me in narrowing down the final choice was organic, kind, and personal. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a high quality portrait, headshot, or brand photography.

10/10, absolutely loved working with Steffany. She’s truly a pro. She has over a decade of experience under her belt and it shows in her expertise, eye for lighting and angles and she knows exactly how to adapt to different styles, vibes, and creative ideas. She guided me throughout the entire shoot, and she made me feel completely comfortable as a newer model building my portfolio.Her studio was great too: easy parking, space for hair and makeup, a bathroom to change, and a really nice, calm ambience. A few words to describe Steffany and my experience with her: Authentic, detail oriented, professional, creative and fun!I’ve always wanted to do a Lifestyle-type photo shoot but was nervous to give it a try. I’m so glad I finally took the leap and decided to go with Steffany.We had a preliminary consultation before the actual shoot. She’s all about the details and wants to make sure she has a deep understanding of your goals, you as an individual, and the type of emotions/feelings you want to bring out from your photos.During the shoot she made the process so comfortable and fun. She’s an expert in what she does, and knows what’s needed to achieve her customer’s vision - from lighting, to expression, poses and adjustments, to color. She strikes a good balance of applying her customer’s preferences and layering her creative expertise. The photos turned out amazing and achieved exactly what I wanted, all due to her creative direction. I even surprised myself with poses I’ve never done before, but looked so good!I would definitely choose her again - highly recommended.PS: she also asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to during the shoot and she took the time to curate a playlist just for me. Loved the personal touch.
