Ive been consistently going to this gym for the past two months. All I can say is that I love it. The community is welcoming and Nick/Christian keep me motivated and I actually look forward to going in to workout. It’s helped with my confidence and mental health as well! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a gym that they don’t get lost in and who want people who actually care if you show up.

I have been here for 5 mths and I have gotten a lot stronger but more importantly I have gained consistency, and overcame the i can't because of my age and learned i am much more capable than I expected. Coach nick and Christian are very patient and see potential in every one that walks in the door. So glad I walked through the door that first day and stuck with it.

As a man in my 50s starting to workout at a gym seemed intimidating and uncomfortable. But Nick and the staff are NF make it an extremely comfortable and engaging experience. Chance encounter of an ad on Instagram led me to give this gym a shot. It's been a huge game changer. I'm 41, no clue how to really work out but really wanted to start. It's been so easy to learn with the two awesome coaches. Hours of availability are very flexible. They work and show everything with you and you never feel pressured to be perfect or judged. They genuinely care about helping you and support you inside and outside the gym to reach your goals. They challenge you to improve but also are with you every step of the way. I look forward to going to the gym every time and I've never been a gym guy. Progress shows quickly too. I started with 2x a week for my first month to give it a shot, now I'm on my 2nd month and bumped it up to 3x. It's been worth every dollar and I don't feel like I'm just blindly doing things at the gym anymore.

This is not a gym, this is a personal training private studio that is personalized to what you need as a person. Coach Nick and Coach Christian do a great work customizing workouts based on your own needs.I’d recommend any new young adults or men and women in their 40s+ to working out to train here at NF Sport Strength. Their small group personal training model is unmatched and is the best bang for your buck.The small group personal training model allows the coach to focus on you as an individual and correct any techniques or failures and make real time adjustments to exercises that you can or cannot do.The progress that I’ve made over the last 8 weeks has been amazing. I love training here and I recommend anyone who is intimidated to working out at a gym.
