If you’re looking for a home and unsure of the mortgage process, my husband and I could not recommend this place enough! I refinanced my home through Polaris based on something I got in the mail from them. OMG I'm so happy I did! My mortgage payment went down significantly which I was hoping for since the market has low interest rates right now. But also the experience was just so positive. I worked with a Jennifer Mathis and she was the sweetest person. She communicated so well and really cared about what was best for me. I would do it all over again. I was dreading the ordeal but it was not bad at all. Jennifer guided me with what they needed and it was very easy.
