Kid N play inflatables were very pleasant, professional and helpful. They arrived early and picked up promptly and the staff were very nice to work with I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again. This was a school event so drop off and pick up was important and they were right on time. Definitely 5 star service.

Spoke with the owner to reserve a sno cone machine for a school Fun Day. I could not order online due to not meeting the minimum delivery total. He assured me it was no problem, took down my information, event details and confirmed he’d be there.We called the day prior to confirm several times - no answer and mailbox was full. Tried emails, texts and Facebook messenger with no response. Alas, he did not show up on event day and continued to ignore our outreach.Thankfully due to professional vendors, our Photo Booth company volunteered to drive to Crown Rentals the morning of our event to get a sno cone machine. He saved us from a lot of sad kids.Very disappointed at Kid N Plays lack of response and professionalism that caused a very chaotic morning that should have been avoided.

I loved everything about the business from the bouncy house to the communication between me and the owner. He was able to accommodate all the changes I made before my daughter’s party. Everyone loved the unicorn bouncy house we even got to keep it an extra hour the kids stayed in all day until they came to pick it up. I’m definitely renting again and referring the business as well! Again Thanks for everything!
